  Always have great service at this Cookout location. The quality of food for the price it unbeatable in my opinion. Look forward to dining here in the future.

  Been here two timeseparate in 6 months and they are consistently poor in service. The tea that we paid extra for was as clear as water with a brown tint and so much sugar. When we complained they said they was brewing a new batch and that something was definitely wrong with it. Well when the new tea was done the lady at the cash register came back to the table and said it looked the same as the other. Then we had to ask 4 times to three different people that we wanted a refund on the teas. We finally got it. The BBQ chicken sandwich that one of our boys got was pitiful and barely had any BBQ on it. I will not be back to this Cook Out ever!

  Love cookout one of the better fast food places in Knox especially with the price (4.99 for a main dish and 2 sides + a drink)
