  Three times now ANY BURGER ORDERED HAD BLACKENED BURNT BUN INSIDE. Complaining does not result in any improvement. Service is at a snail pace. Staff chats up rather than attending counter and getting order correct. Do not recommend, place needs to correct problems or close. Didn't think any place could be worse than the McDonalds just down the street, well, this joint takes FIRST PLACE!

  Good quality food most of the time but service is lacking at times seemingly non-existent with regard to terrible service in the Drive-thru. The Drive-thru needs work because it is tilted outward horribly at the window. I basically do not know how this particular store stays open unless they depend on their breakfast and lunch to sustain them.

  That first post was definitely an employee.. Awful service and took about 20 minute. It's supposed to be fast food right? And the they screwed up the order.. Also, maybe don't put the guy that's hard of hearing at the drive through window
